Matabungkay Outing

Haayy. Thank u hunny for the extended birthday gift! :) Sobrang happy until now. :) Everyday is a celebration. :)

Yesterday, Ice and I went to Matabungkay, Batangas. Actually, that's not the original plan. Way back, before my birthday, I already told him that I miss swimming and I wanted to plan a swimming party but because of busyness, we we're not able to organize it well. So we decided to just have a double celebration nalang! And so we did and it was FUN FUN FUN! :) But i didn't know Ice wanted to bring me to Ocean Adventure, Subic then direcho beach na. So that was the plan yesterday, just a one-day event. But again, Sannie (ice's bestfriend and a very good photog; he was the one who took pics during our bday) and Eloi (sannie's gf) cannot join us coz Eloi had asthma. So change of plans again.. then viola! I thought of going to the beach then he suggested Matabungkay! Tada! Off we go! :) Yey! :)

Left at our house at around 7:30am, had a very nice and safe trip, arrived at Matabungkay Beach Resort at around 10:30 (we actually looked for a nice place that's why it took us almost 3hours to get there). The place was simple and peaceful. Konti lang tao kasi off-peak. Anyway, we had a chance to go around then decided to pay for the entrance fee. But before going to the beach, we ate lunch first. Bulalo and calamari. Talap-talap! :) Hehehe... After resting, we paid for the goggles and went snorkeling. We soooo love snorkeling! As in! Hehe.. The beach was a huge coral reef.. As in mga bandang gitna na coral reef parin.. Kaya ayun, pareho kaming me sunburn.. Maitim ang likod namen pareho kasi nakababad ang mga mukha namen sa ilalim ng tubig-dagat! haha!

While snorkeling, one native from Batangas (btw, Ice is from Batangas so he's a native also.. :) ), offered us a pedal-boat. He will tour us and bring us to a nice snorkeling area. So, we agreed! Addict talaga sa pagsnorkel eh. Haha! Anyway, he (manong) brought us in the middle of the beach.. then he told us that its time to go down. So we did and voila again! Ang GANDA naman talaga ng creations ni Lord na corals and everything! :) Sobra! As in sobra! Mga 30-45mins din kami naaliw sa pagtitingin ng mga isdang colorful and corals na malalaki! :) Ice got a sea cucumber and mga starfish... Hehe.. Then the time is up.. :( saaaddd... We needed to go back to the shore and go home kasi madame pa kaming plan eh and we only have 1 day to do it. :) I actually asked Ice to go pa sa pool coz i wanted to do laps sa pool, para me exercise ako. So yun, another 10mins sa pool. Hehe. Then off we go! Bihis and everything!


Then after that, he let me drive going back to Tagaytay. (Yey, I actually experienced driving at Tagaytay, with the makipot road and everything!) Hehe... Stopover at Mushroom Burger. We got hungry eh. Then had dessert at Taal Vista Hotel and took pics xempre! :) hehehe... :)


I so enjoyed my time with him. Sabi niya extended celebration daw at pahabol present niya sakin sa bday ko! Talaga naman! hahaha! Love you hunny ko! mwahness! :)

Late Post.. Better late than never...

I've actually planned this post way back pa but then Im too lazy to write it down. hehe.. anyway.. This is about my birthday. Actually, mine and ice's. Dated September 29, Saturday.

Its my 24th bday and I really wanted to celebrate but in a different setting. My original plan was a swimming party. Actually, not a party but I just wanted to relax on my bday so I wanted to swim.. Haha! I love to swim and i miss swimming already. Anyway, it did not happen due to unexpected circumsantances and since ice and i are busy with work, we were not able to push through with the plan.

Come September 24 (Monday), I texted ice and asked him if he still wants to celebrate for his bday even if it was daaaayyyysss and wwwweeeekkks ago.. hehe.. and he said yes. I thought kasi we have the same circle of friends narin naman so why not just celebrate together, ayt? Hitting 2 birds in one stone kami. So yun! I gave my mom the things that we wanted for dinner and settled everything. Even made a text invite that says: : "Ice and Kat: We would like to invite you for a double celebration on Sept 29, Saturday, 7ish @ Kat's hse, Lamuan Marikina. Hope to see you there! " Something like that.. hehe... anyway, the day came and it was raining. Hehe.. I then remembered, last year I celebrrated my bday during the Katrina hurricane peak, walang ilaw and everything! hehe.. but still, I wanted to push through with it. So candlelit dinner ang bday ko. The same people came din.

Back to my bday this year.. hehe.. Ayun, i personally arranged everything ( which was very easy kasi sa house lang namen, and i wanted ice to rest coz he came from work pa the night before) so there.. Tawag-tawag lang sa chairs and tables (my tito owns a rental shop so it was a phone call away, so easy! ehehehe), and since it was raining we needed a big tent for the tables and chairs in the garden so i called my other tito working in our barangay if he could borrow a tent from the barangay, for free. Viola! He did! hehe.. after a few minutes, yung mga manong dinala na yung tent sa house. hehe.. All was going well. The last thing I needed to do is to wake ice up. hehe..

The food was ready, tables and chairs, everything was on its place. I sat down and waited for a few minutes then Ice came with the drinks. Last thing to do: Check everything! There! All is ready.

The first visitor came, then another then another. Hehe. All of a sudden, Ice and I were too busy entertaining our guests.. hehe.. di na nga kami nagpansinan halos the whole night eh. hehe.. kapagod pero we enjoyed it kasi madami din nagpunta kahit madami din ang kulang :(

Up until 2pm, may dumating pa na visitor. hehe.. In a nutshell, the dinner was fun so fun! :) We saw the faces of our friends as they ate and they were satisfied. Feedbacks regarding the food were great. hehe.. I just want to inform everyone that our family (ice and my family) has a gift in cooking. Very blessed to have them kasi ako, i don't know how to cook. hehe... :) I hope everyone who came enjoyed the time with us also. :)

WE are very grateful to each and everyone who came, who greeted and who prayed for us! :)

Isaiah and Katrina

My dear Hunny and I.

We love making faces and taking pics wherever we go. That's the good thing we share. Both of us are mababaw.. As in.. We see to it that we enjoy every moment we have together. Kahit na sabihin ng ibang tao corny kami.. Hehe.. So? Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and we respect that basta kami masaya! Yey! :)

We've known each other for 4 years now. Met him at DLS college, he's my classmate at health ethics and we became groupmates. Ang galing mag orchestrate ni God! :) Hehe.. Ayun, then the rest is history. Naaahhh... There were things that needed to be settled dati kaya it took us awhile to really commit to each other. Anyway, we will celebrate our first year anniversary on November 23! Tada! Yey! Im ssooo grateful to God that He orchestrated everything. He made things beautiful in His time, not our time. I could never ask for more. God planned us to be together inspite of the CHALLENGES that happened. We made it through every thing. God was our foundation and He guided us and still guiding us.

Enough said. Im glad all is well now. Peace to everyone! :)

My First Ever

This is my first ever blog at this site. Hmm.. I love writing but Im kinda lazy before. But I think now is the best time to create a new blog spot. Tada! I have my own in this site. :)

Where will I start.. My current mood.. LAZY... haha!!! Im sleepy and I wanna go home! Im here in the office, just finished interviewing tons of applicants over the phone. Btw, Im a recruitment specialist at one of the call centers at Makati. Well, my job is basically fun and I love my friends here (they make my stay ssoooo fun). I heart them much! :)

I just turned 24 and loving it. I have a very loving bestfriend, critque, prayer partner, lover, and hubby (hunny+baby) Ice! I have a not-so-perfect family but I love them with all my heart. One brother that I share my kaartihan with. Haha! :) Best Girlfriends way back in gradeschool until now, church friends that I also love hanging out with especially when eating! haha! and a good and gracious God! :) Makes my life complete though ironically, its imperfectly perfect.

Well, I have so many thoughts in my mind but I can't seem to choose what to write about so I'll just write about the basics.. More personal information..

Im the youngest of 3.. Actually, 2 nalang kasi our eldest brother died when he was born, no, actually (again) a day after he was born so we never did see him, only in pics. Anyway, one brother older than me, 1 year din lang. My dad died when I was 15 y/o due to heart failure. :( I was a daddy's girl so it was really hard for me when he died but I overcame the sadness and longing because of the strength God and my family gave me. Enough of the sad part, I know dad's happy narin. :)

I finished HS at OBMC Greenhills, went to Miriam to take up AB Psychology. I wanted to be a guiadance counselor or a preschool teacher but because I was a very obedient daughter (promise ;p) I took my mom's advice and left Miriam and pursued a nursing career. I only stayed at Miriam for 2years then transferred to DLS College. I was able to finish Nursing there.

There! Hehe.. Why am I working as a Recruitment Specialist at a call center industry? Because!!! Because I was being practical. That's about it. I want to be practical in the Phils setting. di ba? Pwede naman eh. Sa ngayon lang siguro. :) Mag one year narin ako dito sa January. So far, I've experienced all the first's in working. Mahirap na masaya! :) In a nutshell, Im very blessed to have a work. :)

Now Im sleepy. Yung brain cells ko eh malapit narin mag log off.. Haha! :) Pagod na! hehe.. I need to go home early to catch my mom na gising. Haha! Usually kasi tulog na mom ko pag dating ko sa house. :) So madali to the max ang gagawin ko maya. ;p
